15 killed in our worst air crash in 36 years (Sydney Morning Herald)

Fifteen people were killed yesterday when a plane crashed in far north Queensland, the worst air tragedy in Australia in 36 years. Deputy Prime Minister John Anderson pledged the "full force of federal aviation authorities" would investigate the crash, which left no survivors.
