Abu Dhabi is to build a traffic city consisting of centres teaching different levels of driving skills. The city will have programmes for drivers needing particular training, such as in carrying hazardous materials or driving ambulances and fire engines, said Emirates Driving Company GM Dr Gehad Esbaita.
