SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - A rally by Delta Air Lines shares led the airline sector higher Monday as a recent increase in airfares appeared ready to help U.S. carriers compensate for rising fuel costs. The Amex Airline Index gained 2 percent while crude oil prices fell.
