SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Airline stocks remained in the red Thursday with a handful of companies, including SkyWest Inc. and Southwest Airlines, posting gains during an otherwise down day. The Amex Airline Index fell 0.6 percent to 46 while crude oil topped $57 a barrel.
