SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - Airline stocks rebounded sharply to join in Thursday's broad market rally, with Continental Airlines and AMR Corp. leading advancers. The Amex Airline Index finished the session up 1.9% at 51.33 after shrugging off a decline amid rising crude oil prices earlier in the day.
