SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Airline stocks started the week in the red with the Amex Airline Index down 1.9% to $46.35. Northwest Airlines fell 3.1% to $4.77 while Continental Airlines slipped 3.2% to $12.84. The most active stock in the group was AMR Corp. , which lost 2.7% to $11.62.
