SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) -- Airline stocks closed mostly higher on Thursday with the Amex Airline Index rising 0.6% to 51.35 points. The biggest decliner in the group was Delta Air Lines , which fell for a fourth-straight session this week on bankruptcy concerns.
