SAN FRANCISCO (AFX) - Rising shares of Delta Air Lines and SkyWest Inc. couldn't keep the airline index in positive territory early Friday. The Amex Airline Index fell 0.1% to 49.21 points as crude oil prices again bumped up near record territory.
