FRANKFURT (AFX) - The European Commission is mulling a plan to introduce a carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions certificate system for the airline industry similar to the scheme already in place for Europe's major industrial polluters, Focus-Money reported in an unsourced article to be published in this week's issue.
