Air Cairo buys A318s

Egypt-based low-cost carrier Air Cairo is set to buy six Airbus A318s, becoming the first Middle East customer for the smallest aircraft of the modern Airbus fleet. Air Cairo, which is majority owned by Egyptair, plans to use the Airbus A318s mainly for domestic flights. [AMEInfo.com]
