Aircraft Company on Its Way to Getting Approval for New Jet (RedNova) Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corp., which makes wings and bodies for its small corporate jet in Martinsburg, passed a crucial hurdle Tuesday when federal regulators issued the next-to-the-last approval needed to fly.
