Aircraft crashed on second flight (CentralOhio.com)

SHELBY -- The crash that killed Dr. Richard Norcutt on Sunday occurred during his second flight in the ultralight aircraft. "He flew it for the first time Saturday and I stood by while he did. He flew it well," said John McCarter, a friend and fellow ultralight pilot.
