Aircraft modifications, avionics sales boost Butler National (Kansas City Star)

Increases in aircraft modifications and avionics sales helped push Butler National Corp. to increases in quarterly and annual profits. For the quarter ended April 30, the Olathe-based company reported net income of $774,000, or 2 cents a share, up from $251,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago.
