Increases in aircraft modifications and avionics sales helped push Butler National Corp. to increases in quarterly and annual profits. For the quarter ended April 30, the Olathe-based company reported net income of $774,000, or 2 cents a share, up from $251,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago.
