Local people hoping to fly nonstop from Harrisburg International Airport to Disney World soon will have to make other plans. TransMeridian Airlines, a scheduled chartered airline that operated flights to Orlando every Sunday and Thursday, ceased its operations Friday and declared bankruptcy.
