Airport plan hits turbulence (Hindustan Times)

India's efforts to build ***world-class*** airports at Mumbai and Delhi have run into turbulence within a week of the civil aviation ministry releasing an 800-page final 'transaction' document that sets the stage for technical and financial bids by September 15.
