The UAE's Al Habtoor Group is investing just over $200m in a new hotel to be located on the Palm Jumeirah Island, reported Gulf News. The 474,680 sqft resort complex will have 250 rooms, 38 executive suites, two honeymoon suites and two presidential suites.
