UAE-based Al Rais Cargo airline has taken delivery of its second freighter at a cost of $4m, reported Gulf News. The cargo airline started operations in December 2004 with an investment of $10m and plans to expand services in the region to cover Iraq, Iran, India, Yemen, and Pakistan from its Dubai hub.
