SEATTLE, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alaska Airlines and the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association (AMFA) today jointly announced a second tentative agreement on a new four-year contract for the airline's 700 aircraft technicians.
