MOBILE, Ala. An aviation analyst says Mobile is a favorite site for locating a proposed 600 (M) million dollar aircraft assembly plant. If chosen by the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, the port city could gain more than one thousand workers at the Brookley Industrial Complex.
