Aviation C02 Controls to Cost EUR9 a Ticket (RedNova)

By Stephen Castle in Brussels A scheme to combat carbon dioxide emissions from aviation could extend to cover other forms of pollution, the European Commission said yesterday, as it unveiled moves which could lead to a 17 per cent saving on airlines' greenhouse gas output.
