The parent company of Boullioun Aviation Services Inc. has reached an agreement to sell the aircraft leasing company to Aviation Capital Group, a subsidiary of Pacific Life Insurance Co., according to an announcement. The companies said the deal is a stock purchase agreement but didn't disclose details.
