Aviation groups rail against flight school background check bill (BizJournals)

Legislation that would require New York flight schools to conduct criminal background checks on students is "asinine," according to Richard Kaylor, the flight school director for Richmor Aviation flight schools in Schenectady, Poughkeepsie, Saratoga and Hudson.
