Aviation Minister, Dr. Babalola Borishade at the weekend directed chief executives of aviation parastatals to evolve a blueprint aimed at upgrading facilities at the nation's four international airports before the visit of an audit team from the International Civil Aviation Oragnsiation (ICAO) next year.
