Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corporation , has announced the promotion of George Perinis, R.A., to senior vice president and national aviation practice director. In this position, Perinis will lead all aspects of Baker's business development, client management, and strategic planning for the aviation practice.
