Boeing gets $2.6 bn aircraft order from Singapore Airlines unit (New Ratings)

NEW YORK, March 23 ( Boeing Company (BA.NYS) has received orders for up to 40 next-generation 737-800 passenger airplanes from Singapore Aircraft Leasing Enterprise, which is the leasing unit of Singapore Airlines.
