B ROUGHTON, Wales, Feb 28 (AFP) - Britain lined up Monday the EADS-led European AirTanker consortium for a 13.0-billion-pound (18.8-billion-euro, 25.0-billion-dollar) deal to build refuelling aircraft for the Royal Air Force, threatening Boeing's virtual monopoly of the market.
