There are currently 250 private business jets owned in the GCC, with the number expected to reach 300 by the end of 2006, according to industry sources. Abu Dhabi-based VIP aircraft charter company Royal Jet is hosting manufacturers, operators and brokers across the sector at the inaugural Middle East Business Aviation conference during the Dubai air show in November, to examine the growing demand for business jet travel in the region.
