China Aviation Oil Pays $4.6M Penalty (AP via Yahoo! News)

China Aviation Oil Holding Co. has paid a penalty of 8 million Singapore dollars, or $4.64 million, for violating insider trading laws linked to the near-collapse of its Singapore-based subsidiary, authorities said Friday.
