SINGAPORE, Aug 2 (Reuters) - China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corp. Ltd (CAO) has issued a tender seeking 60,000 tonnes of jet fuel for prompt August delivery, which would lead to record import volumes to make up for China's shortfall, traders said on Wednesday.
