China Aviation's Chen Charged With Fraud in Singapore (Update5) (Bloomberg.com)

June 9 (Bloomberg) -- China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corp.'s suspended Chief Executive Officer Chen Jiulin was charged with fraud after a $550 million trading loss at the company, which supplies almost all of China's jet-fuel imports.
