Energy To reduce rising operational costs caused by surging fuel prices, Chinese airlines are looking to promote electronic tickets. Yang Yuanyuan, director of the General Administration of the Civil Aviation of China said "we have planned to choose two airports to pilot the project in a bid to expand e-tickets across the country before the end of 2007."
