City's Aviation Division seeks increased funding (The Philadelphia Inquirer)

The city's Division of Aviation is asking for an increase of $26.9 million for its fiscal year 2007 budget because of added operational, security and maintenance requirements at Philadelphia airports, city officials said yesterday.
