Colombian airline under intense scrutiny after deadly crash (Channel NewsAsia)

MEDELLIN, Colombia : West Caribbean Airways was under intense scrutiny as a pilots group said it had warned authorities about the Colombian airline's safety before one of its planes crashed Tuesday, killing 160 people.
