Countdown to Suvarnabhumi: Aviation Department plans first flight permit for new airport (MCOT)

BANGKOK, Aug 30 (TNA) The Department of Aviation will issue the first flight permit for the new Suvarnabhumi Airport to make possible the September 29 arrival of Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra on a special inaugural flight.
