CULVER - A Culver Specialty Camps aviation instructor and a student died Wednesday afternoon when their plane crashed into Lake Maxinkuckee. Dead are instructor Brent Bauman, 21, of Niwot, Colo., and student Peter Mueller, 14, of Tampa, Fla.
