D-C aircraft scare...Mad cow traced...All feared dead in helicopter crash (KVAL-TV Eugene)

WASHINGTON President Bush was moved to a safe location at the White House after an aircraft strayed into restricted airspace. The U-S Capitol was also ordered evacuated, but the all-clear was sounded within minutes. Fighters escorted the plane to an airport in suburban Virginia.
