Emaar Properties has agreed to manage and operate two hotels by South African-based Southern Sun Hotels in the Burj Dubai development. The properties will offer 21 suites and over 350 rooms, ranging from king, queen, double and twin rooms, as well as business amenities, leisure facilities, restaurants and shops.
