EU, US Trade Chiefs Seek "Negotiated" End To Aircraft Row (IWon - Money)

BRUSSELS -(Dow Jones)- European Union trade chief Peter Mandelson and his U.S. counterpart, the newly appointed Robert Portman, Monday agreed a long-standing row over aircraft subsidies should be resolved through negotiation rather than through a legal battle at the World Trade Organization.
