Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Four former managers at a predecessor of European Aeronautic, Defense & Space Co. and three ex- regulators in France's civil aviation authority were summoned by a French judge and may be charged over the fatal 2000 crash of a Concorde plane, two lawyers involved in the case said today.
