CECIL COMMERCE CENTER -- Florida Community College at Jacksonville's Aviation Center of Excellence is hoping to build on a fledgling partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration as one of three educational institutions in the country -- and the only community college -- entrusted by the FAA to help train its inspectors.
