The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to amend Federal regulations governing notification and reporting of aircraft accidents, incidents, overdue aircraft, and additional requirements governing the preservation of aircraft wreckage.
