Spectrum Sciences & Software Holdings Corp. announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Horne Engineering Services, LLC, has been awarded a contract to provide analytic, technical, and management support to assist the Federal Aviation Administration in sustaining an employee safety and health program for the agency.
