India and Afghanistan ink pact on civil aviation (India Infoline)

Recognising mutual interests in effecting an understanding on technical cooperation, particularly the Air Traffic Services and other related services of Civil Aviation, India and Afghanistan on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
