A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Civil Aviation sector between the Indian and Chinese Government was signed on Monday. The MoU, which was signed by Ajay Prasad, Secretary, Civil Aviation for India and his Chinese counterpart will take effect from Monday itself.
