Indian discount airline plans IPO (The Deal)

India's first discount airline, Deccan Aviation Ltd. , plans to expand using cash raised in an initial share sale valuing it at between $1 billion and $1.2 billion, as demand for air travel in Asia's fourth-largest economy grows at a record 20%.
