Japan, France to study supersonic transport aircraft (Kyodo via Yahoo! Asia News)

_ Japanese and French aerospace industry groups signed on Tuesday an accord in France to jointly study a next-generation supersonic transport aircraft as a successor to the Concorde passenger plane that went out of service in 2003, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said.
