Jazeera starts October 30

Kuwait's new budget carrier Jazeera Airways will start operations on October 30. The new airline has invested heavily in new technology to allow bookings online, through SMS and travel agents. Passengers will be able to choose whether to have food or not during the short flights. [AMEInfo.com]
