Dubai-based Jumeirah will manage the HanTang Jumeirah Shanghai, a new hotel being built in the thriving Chinese city, following an agreement with developers Shanghai Lixing Hotel Limited. The hotel is part of a planned 5.4m sqft development in the downtown Puxi area. It will have a total of 338 guestrooms, suites and villas, conference and banqueting facilities, as well as a spa.
