The Kelly Aviation Center, a joint venture between Lockheed Martin Corp., General Electric Co. and Rolls-Royce, said Wednesday it is consolidating one of its major subcontracts beginning in February 2007 -- a move affecting 650 workers of subcontractor Standard Aero in San Antonio.
