Kerala appoints consultant for its low-cost airline project (Deccan Herald)

The dream of a budget airline between the Gulf and Kerala will soon become a reality for Indian expatriates here, with the state government appointing an international consultant to make a detailed study of its low-cost Kerala Airline project.
